Description
The system is designed to simplify the work of the accounting department in managing finance, production, inventory, fixed assets and payments to suppliers and customers using the principles of double-entry bookkeeping.
It supports a flexible chart of accounts with multiple analytical levels, calculations for profit, interest, liabilities, exchange rates and depreciation plans. Reports can be exported to MS Excel and MS Word.
Usage and additional modules
The system supports both immediate and deferred posting, including batch processing of documents. Users can generate documents directly from the system or enter information from an existing source document.
In addition to the accounting system, the company also offers a warehouse system, invoicing system, restaurant module and production module.
